Relaxation Massage

Relaxation Massage targets stress management and general health & wellness.

Clinical Massage

Clinical Massage is considered to be medical in nature.  Its focus is the rehabilitation of soft tissue conditions and injuries.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage involves the use of hot stones by placement on the body to provide deep penetrating heat. Then use of the hot stones to massage and relax the tissues. This usually involves a full-body 90 min treatment.

Pre and Post-Natal Massage

Pregnancy is a time of change. Your entire body adapts to the new life growing inside of you.  It also places strong demands on your body. Massage is a wonderful way to relax, increase your energy, and relieve discomfort during your pregnancy.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage provides prevention & reduction of injuries. It alleviates strain and discomfort of training and maintains optimum health of soft tissues and greater flexibility of joints. Lastly, it promotes faster recovery from injuries and with decreased incidence of chronic problems returning.
